Simmons Skin Center charges $225 for in-person visits and $175 for virtual visits. Photo visits, where Dr. Simmons reviews submitted images and provides a diagnosis and treatment plan, cost $99. Return patient prescription refills run $100. Cosmetic consultations, microneedling, and chemical peels each cost $250. Shave and punch biopsies are $50 each. Excision and benign lesion removal pricing follows evaluation.

Simmons Skin Center does not bill insurance directly. The practice operates on a direct-pay basis. Patients can pay using HSA or FSA accounts. The office provides an invoice that patients may submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. Patients on Medicare or Medicaid should contact the office for more information.

Yes. All appointments require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the time of the visit. If you reschedule within four weeks of your original appointment, the deposit applies toward your next visit.

Yes. Simmons Skin Center offers virtual video visits for $175 and photo visits for $99. Virtual patients must be physically located in Tennessee at the time of their appointment. The photo visit option lets you submit images of your skin concern and receive a diagnosis and treatment plan from Dr. Simmons without a live video call.
