Engage Health

Engage Health in Brentwood provides family medicine and primary care for patients ages 13 and older. Dr. Steven Johnson founded the practice in October 2022 with a focus on wellness and longevity. The physician team includes two family medicine doctors, Dr. Steven Johnson and Dr. Daniel Hartman. The practice stays intentionally small, serving a few hundred patients for consistent, relationship-centered care.

Services include annual comprehensive physicals, preventive care, acute illness visits, and chronic care coordination. Patients can connect through office visits, telehealth, phone, and text. Same-day or next-day office and virtual visits are available. Care plans may include customized labs, specialized testing, and specialist referrals. Lifestyle support includes nutrition, exercise, mental health guidance, and health coaching.
