Sierra Vista Medical offers three membership tiers. The Direct Primary Care plan costs $65 per member per month. The Telemedicine plan and the Family Plan each cost $55 per member per month. All plans include transparent monthly pricing with no copays or hidden fees.

DPC members receive unlimited primary care visits, same-day or next-day appointments, and direct text access to their physician via secure MD chat. The membership also covers telemedicine visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, and in-office services such as pain relief injections, nebulization treatments, EKGs, and nasal swab viral screening. Members also receive discounted pricing on labs, imaging, and medications.

Sierra Vista Medical operates on a Direct Primary Care model with a flat monthly membership fee. The practice does not bill insurance for primary care services. Members may still carry insurance for hospital care, specialists, or other needs outside the scope of primary care.

Yes. Sierra Vista Medical offers telemedicine through both the DPC and Telemedicine membership plans. The Telemedicine plan covers chronic condition management, prescriptions, labs, diagnostics, imaging, cancer screenings, acute visits, wellness coaching, and personalized care plans, all remotely within Florida.

DPC members receive same-day or next-day appointment access as a standard benefit of their membership. Members can also communicate directly with their physician via secure text chat, making it easy to address urgent concerns quickly.

Sierra Vista Medical focuses on adult primary care. All three physicians specialize in Internal Medicine and preventive medicine for adult patients across Osceola County and beyond.

Yes. The clinical staff at Sierra Vista Medical is largely bilingual in English and Spanish. All three physicians speak Spanish fluently, and the practice serves a diverse, multilingual patient community throughout Central Florida.

The practice provides acute care, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, Medicare wellness visits, pre-op clearance evaluations, weight reduction clinic services, pain relief injections, nebulization treatments, EKGs, nasal swab viral screening, remote patient monitoring, and cancer screenings. An IV infusion center and testosterone replacement therapy are coming soon.

Sierra Vista Medical uses the Elation EMR system and the Elation Passport patient portal. Members log in through the portal to access their health records and manage their care. Direct physician communication is also available through the secure MD chat feature included in DPC memberships.

Yes. The practice serves all of Osceola County and beyond. Telemedicine members anywhere in Florida can access physician-led care remotely through the Telemedicine DPC membership plan.
