Zamzam Wellness charges a flat monthly fee based on age. Members from newborn to age 21 pay $50 per month. Members aged 22 to 39 pay $100 per month, and those aged 40 to 64 pay $120 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 applies when joining. There are no co-pays and no surprise bills.

The base membership covers most primary care services, including adult physicals, well-child and well-woman exams, cancer screenings, chronic disease management, urgent care visits, women's health visits, EKGs, and vaccination guidance. Members also get unlimited calls, emails, and video visits with Dr. DiLorenzo. Some procedures carry an additional cost.

Yes. Zamzam Wellness offers telemedicine for most visits. Members can connect with Dr. DiLorenzo by video for many routine and urgent concerns without coming into the office.

Yes. Zamzam Wellness does not require long-term commitments. Members may cancel at any time by emailing the practice and allowing 24 hours for processing. If a member cancels and later decides to rejoin, a $300 re-enrollment fee applies and the member may be placed on a wait-list.

Zamzam Wellness has partnerships with Quest Labs and SimonMed Imaging. These partnerships give members access to discounted cash pricing on labs and imaging. Members may also use their health insurance for these services if they prefer.

Yes. Zamzam Wellness offers a Pregnancy Care add-on program. It includes regular prenatal check-ups, in-office blood draws, genetic carrier screenings, nutrition counseling, vaccine recommendations, delivery recommendations, low-cost self-pay ultrasound, discounted labs, breastfeeding guidance, and postpartum care. DPC members pay an additional $50 per month; non-members pay $175 per month.

Yes. The Lifestyle Medicine and Weight Management program is available as an add-on for current DPC members at $50 per month. It includes monthly check-ins, a comprehensive 60-minute intake, dietary and exercise recommendations, sleep guidance, medically supervised weight loss, and lifestyle counseling focused on chronic disease prevention.
