Sepia Modern Primary Care prices membership by age group. Members ages 20 to 40 pay $100 per month. Members ages 40 to 64 pay $120 per month. Members 65 and older pay $150 per month. Each tier covers all office visits, virtual consultations, prescription management, and unlimited follow-up communications including test result reviews and specialist referrals.

The membership covers every office visit, virtual consultation, and follow-up communication with Dr. Lewis-Everett. That includes test result reviews, treatment recommendations, and coordination of care with specialists. Members also get 24/7 direct access to Dr. Lewis-Everett by secure call, text, or email. Labs and imaging are available at discounted cash prices. The practice does not bill insurance for membership services.

Sepia Modern Primary Care does not accept insurance or collect copays for membership services. The practice operates on a flat monthly fee. Patients may carry insurance separately for services outside the practice, such as specialist visits or hospitalizations. Dr. Lewis-Everett requests insurance information at enrollment to assist with referrals and lab coordination.

Appointments at Sepia run 30 to 60 minutes. The practice offers same-day and next-day scheduling for members. There are no waiting room delays. Friday appointments take place via telehealth only. Virtual visits are also available throughout the week for members who prefer them.

Yes. Members have 24/7 direct access to Dr. Lewis-Everett by secure call, text, or email. This access covers questions about test results, treatment guidance, prescription refills, and general health concerns. The practice does not route members through a nurse line or answering service.

Sepia covers a broad range of primary care services. These include annual physicals, chronic disease management, preventive care counseling, ADHD management, STI screening, contraceptive management, pre-op evaluations, and prescription management. Dr. Lewis-Everett also provides biometric screening, stress management support, sleep optimization, and cancer screening recommendations.

Yes. The practice also offers medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy including bioidentical hormone pellets, medically guided peptide therapy, and a full aesthetics menu. Aesthetic services include Scarlet RF Microneedling, AquaFirmeXS facials, Derive Hair Restoration, wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Salmon Sperm/PDRN facials, and Cellenis Derma PRP. Three monthly wellness packages bundle these services at tiered price points starting at $199 per month.

Sepia's medical weight loss program runs 12 months. It starts at $250 per month for personalized prescription medications, including GLP-1 options. Dr. Lewis-Everett conducts an initial comprehensive evaluation and schedules follow-up visits at one, three, six, and nine months. Members also receive one year of phone and email support throughout the program.

New patients start with a meet-and-greet appointment. After that, they complete a registration form and a few additional intake forms before their first full visit. Enrollment happens through the practice's online booking system. Dr. Lewis-Everett accepts patients on a month-to-month basis with no annual contract required.

Sepia Modern Primary Care has opted out of Medicare. Patients 65 and older who wish to join the practice complete a Medicare opt-out form at enrollment. These members pay the $150 monthly membership rate directly, and Medicare does not reimburse for services received at the practice.
