Specialist fees are not included.
Yes. Sansara offers a complimentary one-hour initial consultation before you make a membership decision. Dr. Varshney also offers an optional two-hour consultation for $500 by check or $517 by credit card. That fee applies toward your membership if you decide to join.
Sansara does not accept insurance. The practice operates on an annual membership fee model. Many members treat the fee as a direct investment in their health and access to care.

Yes. Dr. Varshney offers video visits and house visits under special circumstances. She launched the practice by conducting home visits before her Mequon office opened, and that flexibility remains part of how she serves members.
Sansara does not currently offer immunizations. Most vaccines, including flu, COVID-19, pneumonia, and shingles, are available at pharmacies. Dr. Varshney will call to confirm vaccine availability at your pharmacy. For other immunization needs, she recommends an appropriate provider.
Members receive complimentary full movement, posture, and fitness assessments at Form and Fitness locations in Grafton and Mequon. Dr. Varshney also incorporates fitness coaching, yoga guidance, and personalized wellness planning directly into her care.
Dr. Varshney conducts a detailed intake visit covering health history, medications, previous labs and imaging, specialist notes, fitness level, diet, weight loss barriers, and a mental health assessment. Hydration is the first focus of the wellness journey at Sansara. From that foundation, she builds a personalized plan for each member.
