The annual retainer fee is $2,000. Insurance does not cover this fee, but your HSA may. Dr. Wilson bills insurance for services rendered. Her retainer fee prepays any uncovered amounts, including co-pays, so patients never receive a separate bill for any service.

The retainer covers primary care office visits, house calls, inpatient hospital care at all three Cottage Hospitals, and 24/7 physician access by phone, text, and email. Dr. Wilson also offers telehealth visits and provides access through an online patient portal for scheduling, test results, and ongoing communication.

Yes. Dr. Wilson provides on-call physician access 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Patients can contact her by phone, text, or email. She tries to come to the emergency room when a patient is there.

Yes. The practice offers same-day appointments. Patients who feel sick and need immediate attention can call or text the office directly. Existing patients can also schedule through the online patient portal.

When Dr. Wilson is away from the office, associate Dr. Lisa Clement sees patients. Dr. Clement bills insurance separately, and patients pay any remaining balance directly to her.

Yes. Dr. Wilson follows her patients at all three Cottage Hospitals. Her office is one street from Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital. This allows her to coordinate inpatient and outpatient care directly.
