SADPC serves both insured and uninsured patients across a wide range of needs. The clinical scope covers chronic disease management, diabetes care, hormone therapy, psychiatric care, addiction medicine, LGBTQIA+ care, geriatrics, pediatrics, and well-woman exams. Members reach their physician by phone, text, or email, and same-day or next-day appointments run up to 60 minutes. The practice also offers deeply discounted labs and imaging, including a $5 A1c, a $5 cholesterol panel, and a lumbar spine MRI without contrast for $450. Employers can enroll their teams starting at $80 per employee per month, and SADPC Pro pairs DPC with a medical cost-sharing plan for larger healthcare needs.
