A Salveo Direct Care membership covers all primary care and enhancement-of-life services for an individual or family. This includes same-day appointments, telehealth visits, acute care, preventive screenings, annual physicals, chronic disease management, minor procedures such as suturing and skin biopsies, and access to deeply discounted labs and radiology. The membership replaces per-visit fees with a flat monthly rate.

Salveo Direct Care negotiates discounted rates with national labs. Basic annual bloodwork typically runs $30 to $50 for members. Radiology is similarly discounted. Members pay less than $600 for an MRI, a significant reduction from the typical insurance-billed average of $2,600.

Salveo Direct Care does not bill insurance for membership fees. However, the practice partners with health-share plans as an alternative to traditional insurance. Members can pair their membership with a health-share plan to build more comprehensive coverage for services outside the practice.

Members reach their doctor through a secure mobile app via video, secure text messaging, or phone. Telehealth visits can take under five minutes for straightforward concerns. The practice serves patients throughout San Antonio, Bexar County, and all of Texas through telehealth.

Yes. Salveo Direct Care offers same-day appointments for members. Regular appointments run approximately 30 minutes, with visits extending up to 60 minutes when needed. Telehealth visits are also available for quick or routine concerns.

Salveo Elite is the practice's Annual Outlive Health Experience. It runs as a full or half-day comprehensive evaluation and includes VO2 Max fitness testing, CT Calcium Score and Angiogram, Echocardiogram, 3D body composition scan, advanced lab panels, food sensitivity testing, micronutrient deficiency testing, carotid vascular screening, pulmonary function testing, nutritional consultation, and a personalized health and longevity blueprint.
