Sabia Health offers a flat monthly membership at $150 per month with no enrollment fee. A focused 6-month menopause package is available at $100 per month with a $100 enrollment fee. For patients who prefer to try care before committing, individual visits are available at $200 per visit. Discounts may be available for patients without insurance.

The practice also serves patients managing chronic conditions, mental health challenges, and weight management goals. All care is available in English and Spanish.

Yes. Any North Carolina resident can become a virtual patient at Sabia Health. Dr. DeVries holds an active North Carolina medical license and conducts telehealth visits throughout the state. In-person visits take place at the Durham, NC office.
