Benefits include 24/7 provider access, annual wellness exams, same-day and next-day appointments, telemedicine, specialist referral coordination, hospital care coordination, weight loss management, body composition analysis, and in-office lab draws. Some ancillary services carry an additional fee, and some of those fees bill through insurance.

The practice accepts Medicare as an in-network provider. For all other insurers, the practice operates out-of-network, meaning visits and services bill through your out-of-network benefits. Medicare does not cover the membership fee, and most private plans do not either. Your membership fee may qualify for reimbursement through an FSA or HSA. Yes. The clinical team draws labs directly in the office as part of your care. The practice also coordinates mobile phlebotomy if you prefer that option. Lab draw and analysis fees bill through your insurance or on a self-pay basis.

Yes, with one condition. At least one parent or guardian must hold an active membership while the practice cares for your child. The practice does not stock pediatric vaccines and does not replace your child's primary pediatrician.

If you are admitted to Good Samaritan Hospital, a provider will visit you during your stay, help coordinate your care, and assist with your transition home.

The team coordinates care through a network of healthcare professionals, helps locate local pharmacies, and offers telemedicine visits. The practice can also prepare necessary medications before your trip upon request.
