About

At Coastal Concierge Internal Medicine, Dr. Jana McKenzie brings 27 years of clinical experience to a small, intentionally exclusive practice in downtown West Palm Beach. She built the practice around a single conviction: spending real time with patients, answering their questions, and seeing them immediately when sick. The office sits on the sixth floor of the Victor Farris Building on the Good Samaritan Medical Center campus, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Dr. McKenzie handles the full scope of internal medicine and primary care. Her clinical range extends well beyond routine visits; she performs therapeutic joint injections, nerve blocks, wound care, and in-office dermatological procedures. Concierge members also access IV therapy and a medical weight loss program using Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Cosmetic services, including Botox, dermal fillers, and Sculptra, round out the practice's offerings. Every patient sees Dr. McKenzie directly; the practice employs no midlevel providers.
