Rooted charges one low monthly membership fee. There are no co-pays, no deductibles, and no hidden fees. The membership covers unlimited in-person and virtual visits, extended appointment times, same or next-day availability, wellness checks, chronic disease management, urgent visits, specialty referral coordination, basic in-house labs, EKG, and a full range of in-office procedures.

Rooted does not bill insurance for membership fees. The practice operates on a direct-pay model with transparent, flat-rate pricing. Patients with insurance can still use it for services outside the practice, such as specialist visits or hospital care.
