Noble Journey Primary Care

Adults join for $120 per month. Children through age 18 join for $60 per month. Noble Journey charges no enrollment fee, and members may cancel at any time. The practice also offers a discount for paying in advance. Starting January 1, 2026, memberships qualify as an eligible HSA expense.

The monthly membership covers all office visits and a wide range of primary care services, including comprehensive wellness and preventive care, well-woman care, EKGs, minor procedures, and chronic condition management. A small fee applies to procedures requiring supplies and to visits outside of regular office hours. The practice dispenses medications in the clinic and bills them at wholesale prices.

Noble Journey operates as a direct primary care practice and does not submit insurance claims for membership fees or office visits. Patients can still use their insurance for labs and medications, often at deeply discounted prices. Medicare patients are welcome.

Yes. Noble Journey Primary Care offers same-day appointments. Members can also reach Dr. Jordhen directly by phone, and urgent video visits are available after hours and on weekends.
