About

Dr. Laura Jordhen is a board-certified family medicine physician and the founder of Noble Journey Primary Care in Vancouver, Washington. She earned her undergraduate degree from Smith College in Massachusetts, where she majored in Women's Studies. She then returned to Oregon to attend Oregon Health and Science University for medical school. During her enrollment at OHSU, she spent a year in India, where she met her future husband, who is from Tibet. She completed her family medicine residency in Wisconsin, where her eldest son was born.

Dr. Jordhen serves on the WSU College of Medicine Faculty, teaching physicians and medical students communication skills, empathy, and compassion. She treats conditions ranging from depression, diabetes, and hypertension to ADHD, menopausal symptoms, and metabolic syndrome. Her clinical philosophy centers on evidence-based treatment that minimizes risk while honoring each patient's individuality. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her two sons, and practicing Taekwondo. Her youngest son was born in Vancouver, and the whole family cheers for WSU as proud Cougars.
