The practice offers same-day appointments or scheduling within 24 hours of a call. Appointment times start promptly. Routine visits run 30 minutes, and the annual Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation runs 60 to 90 minutes.

Dr. Clayton conducts an expanded annual wellness exam that serves as the foundation of each member's personalized wellness plan. The visit runs 60 to 90 minutes. It gives Dr. Clayton the opportunity to explore all factors influencing a patient's health and build a proactive plan tailored to that individual.

The annual membership fee falls outside of insurance coverage. Members should continue to use their insurance for specialist visits, labs, imaging, and other services where it applies. Dr. Clayton coordinates care with specialists and prepares referrals to help members get timely, appropriate support.

Dr. Clayton acts as a wellness advocate and healthcare partner for every member. He helps identify the right specialist, coordinates the referral, and sends relevant medical information ahead of the appointment. Members do not navigate specialist referrals on their own.

Yes. If a family member or friend becomes ill while visiting the area, Dr. Clayton will see them in his office and provide prompt medical care as though they were a member of the practice.

Yes. The practice maintains limited enrollment to preserve care quality and availability. Once the practice reaches its enrollment limit, Dr. Clayton maintains a waiting list for prospective patients.

Yes. Dr. Clayton provides counsel on serious illness and end-of-life issues. He views this as a meaningful part of comprehensive care and takes an unhurried, compassionate approach to these conversations.
