Copine Health sets pricing by age group. Adults ages 18 to 44 pay $150 per month or $1,620 per year. Ages 45 to 64 pay $170 per month or $1,836 per year. Members 65 and older pay $200 per month or $2,160 per year. Choosing the annual plan saves 10% off the monthly rate.

Membership covers comprehensive annual physicals, routine visits, chronic condition management, same- or next-day appointments, perimenopause and menopause care, preventive care and health screenings, telehealth visits by request, and in-office point-of-care testing including EKG, urinalysis, and strep, COVID, and flu tests. Members also get direct phone, text, and portal access to their doctor and the ability to self-schedule appointments. The practice charges no copays for office visits and sends no surprise bills.
