About
At Rivertowns Pediatrics, three board-certified physicians deliver personalized pediatric care to families across Dobbs Ferry and Westchester County. Dr. Nitin Gupta founded the practice in late 2018. What started as a solo vision has grown into a team of three physicians: Drs. Gupta, Gallagher, and Patel.
The practice holds a firm belief that assembly-line medicine is outdated. Members reach a physician 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone, text, or video. The practice offers same-day and next-day appointments, telehealth visits, and house calls. Every visit involves a physician, never a mid-level provider. The team serves children from newborns through school age, covering well-child visits, vaccinations, sick visits, school physicals, and pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition. The practice intentionally limits its panel size and maintains a waitlist when at capacity. Every prospective family receives a complimentary meet-and-greet consultation with a physician before enrolling.
