Ridgeview Concierge Medicine

Membership includes 24/7 access to Dr. Olson by phone and video, same-day or next-day appointments, longer visits, a one-time exercise assessment and personalized fitness consultation, and a free expanded lab panel during your annual or Medicare wellness visit. The program also includes coordinated specialty and diagnostic care and direct physician communication during hospital stays.

Ridgeview Concierge Medicine charges $2,500 per person per year. Two family members can join together for $4,500 annually. The fee is prorated in the first year and requires full payment at the time of enrollment. All patients must be 18 years of age or older.

Yes. Ridgeview Concierge Medicine bills your insurance for all applicable services, including office visits and routine labs. Your copays and deductible still apply under your plan. Labs not covered by insurance fall under the membership fee. For minor in-office procedures not covered by insurance, you pay the remaining balance.

No. The practice requires full payment at the time of enrollment. For the first calendar year, the fee is prorated based on your start date.

Members schedule through two options. You can call the dedicated Concierge Desk at 952-777-5439, or book directly through MyChart, Ridgeview's secure online patient portal. The Concierge Desk line gives members direct access without going through the main clinic phone line.

The practice checks availability with other Ridgeview providers and schedules you with a physician if possible. Members can also continue to see any Ridgeview provider outside the Concierge Medicine program without affecting their membership.

Yes. Concierge membership does not restrict you from scheduling visits with other Ridgeview providers. Dr. Olson may also refer you to specialists within the Ridgeview network for additional consultations as needed.

The program operates out of Ridgeview Clinics in Chanhassen at 7907 Powers Boulevard, Chanhassen, MN 55317. Ridgeview Medical Center's main campus is located at 500 S. Maple St., Waconia, MN 55387.

Yes. All Ridgeview Concierge Medicine members must be 18 years of age or older. The program focuses on adult primary care through Dr. Olson's internal medicine and nephrology expertise.
