R Family Medical Group

The DPC membership at R Family Medical Group costs $80 per month, or $960 annually. New members pay a minimum of three months of fees upon registration, and those fees are non-refundable. Monthly payments are due on the first of each month. If you cancel and wish to re-enroll, a $240 re-enrollment fee applies.

The DPC membership does not involve third-party billing. R Family Medical Group does not bill insurance for DPC membership fees or covered services. The DPC plan is also not available for patients enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. Patients with private insurance or catastrophic coverage plans are welcome to enroll.

DPC members receive unlimited monthly office visits, acute and chronic disease management, school and sports physicals, workplace physicals, mental health treatment for conditions like depression and anxiety, an annual physical, and a well-woman exam. Routine in-office tests, labs, and EKGs are also included. Certain services such as IV Nutrition Therapy, BioTe hormone pellets, testosterone programs, and weight loss injections carry additional charges.

Yes, the practice offers walk-in appointments as well as same-day and next-day scheduling. Patients can book through the Healow patient portal or contact either San Antonio location directly.
