Pulse Direct Care

A membership at Pulse Direct Care covers unlimited in-office visits, urgent visits during office hours, virtual visits, text and email and video consults, physicals, EKGs, physician-to-physician specialist consults, a welcome bag, discounted procedures and in-office tests, and labs at wholesale cost plus 10%. A one-time household registration fee of $75 applies at sign-up.

Pulse Direct Care operates inside a renovated historic home in the heart of Gilmer, originally built by the Glass family in 1905. The building remained residential within the Glass family for nearly a century before briefly serving as a funeral home and then sitting vacant. The practice purchased and restored the building, preserving a piece of Gilmer's history.
