About
At Private Physicians of Southwest Florida, three physicians bring a combined history of over 130 years of experience to primary and preventive care. Dr. Gary M. Price founded the practice in 1997 as the first concierge medical practice in Florida and only the second in the United States. Dr. Andy Oakes-Lottridge joined in 2013, and Dr. Raymond J. Carrelle, Jr. came aboard in 2019. Together, the team holds six board certifications across internal medicine, gastroenterology, and family medicine.
The practice serves patients across four Southwest Florida locations: Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Sanibel, and Clewiston. Each physician caps their panel at 350 patients. Members reach their physician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by cell phone or answering service. The annual membership covers all physician services, whether in the office, at the hospital, or at home. The practice maintains admitting privileges at all Lee Health Systems hospitals and Naples Community Hospital, and coordinates referrals with specialists locally, regionally, and nationally. Prospective patients can schedule a no-commitment meeting with a physician before joining.
