Members use it to message their physician directly or attend telehealth visits remotely. This keeps you connected to your care team without requiring an in-person visit.

The membership fee covers the enhanced amenities and access benefits of the program and most insurers do not cover it. However, the physicians may accept insurance for traditional medical services.
