At Plum Health Direct Primary Care, four physicians deliver family medicine, preventive care, and a wide range of specialty services across Michigan. Dr. Paul Thomas founded the practice in Detroit's historic Corktown neighborhood, making it the first Direct Primary Care practice in Detroit and Wayne County. Since then, Plum Health has grown to serve thousands of patients across five locations, including Royal Oak, Lansing, Van Buren, and Corunna.
Members pay a flat monthly fee and reach their doctor by call, text, email, or in-person visit. Appointments run a full 60 minutes.
