Members pay a flat monthly fee and receive unlimited primary care access with no copays, deductibles, or insurance billing. Plum Health members can call, text, email, or visit their physician anytime. The membership covers physicals, preventive care, urgent care, chronic disease management, mental healthcare, and more. Members also gain access to at-cost lab testing, at-cost imaging, and wholesale medications.

Plum Health does not bill or use health insurance for membership services. The monthly fee covers your care directly. Members who carry insurance can still use it for specialist referrals or hospital services when needed.
