Adult membership at Piedmont Direct Primary Care costs $129 per month or $1,399 per year. Patients who pay annually skip the one-time enrollment fee. For patients enrolling a child under 18 with a parent, the monthly rate is $79 and the annual rate is $869. The enrollment fee and first month's payment are due at the first visit.

The monthly membership fee covers all office visits, basic in-office procedures, and communication with Dr. Diamond-Myrsten outside of office hours. Members also receive access to discounted lab pricing and imaging. There are no copays or surprise bills.

Yes. Members can contact Dr. Diamond-Myrsten after hours for urgent medical concerns. She is reachable via phone, text, email, or video chat, so patients do not need to wait until the next business day for time-sensitive questions.

All prospective patients must complete a pre-enrollment meeting with Dr. Diamond-Myrsten before joining. Every membership is subject to approval. Piedmont Direct Primary Care is currently not accepting new patients, but you can join the waitlist to be considered when a spot opens.
