The Concierge Women's Care membership fee is $3,500 per year. Patients pay either in full or monthly over a 12-month commitment. However, healthcare services such as exams, lab work, and consultations are billed separately to your insurance or paid out of pocket. The practice works with patients who carry PPO insurance, as well as self-pay and cash patients. Medicare patients are welcome with a supplemental plan or self-pay arrangement.

Yes. All membership tiers include same-day or next-day urgent appointments. Dr. Perlow also provides assistance with navigating emergency room visits when a patient is unsure whether an urgent care visit or ER trip is necessary.

Yes, the practice offers both. Dr. Perlow conducts virtual visits using healthcare-compliant software. She also makes home visits for patients who live within 15 miles of the practice, at her discretion. Both options are available across the Women's Care, Pregnancy Care, and Gender Diverse Care memberships.

Concierge Pregnancy Care provides more frequent prenatal visits than standard obstetric care, with Dr. Perlow attending the birth as physician of record in a closely attended model similar to a doula or midwife approach. Postpartum support extends from one week through four months after delivery. The program also includes mindfulness and parenting preparation, a personalized hospital tour at 35 to 37 weeks, and coordination with genetic counselors and maternal-fetal medicine specialists when needed.

Perlow Concierge Women's Health serves females age 12 and older. The practice accepts patients with PPO insurance, self-pay or cash patients, and Medicare patients who carry a supplemental plan or pay out of pocket.
