Yes. Pediatric Wellness Concierge offers non-membership pay-per-service visits for families who prefer flexibility. Weekday at-home visits during business hours cost $450 to $500. After-hours, weekend, and holiday visits cost $750. Each additional child seen on the same visit costs $250 regardless of timing.

Pediatric Wellness Concierge does not accept insurance for membership or visit fees. The practice provides superbills that families can submit to their insurer for potential reimbursement. HSA and FSA funds work for these services. Dr. Levy recommends that all patients keep their insurance active for hospital stays, imaging, medications, and lab work.

Complete Care members with newborns receive weekly in-home visits for the first two months of life. Pediatric Wellness Concierge focuses exclusively on pediatric patients. Dr. Levy cares for children from birth through adolescence. Services include newborn care, school and sports physicals, ADHD management, allergy care, and chronic condition management across all pediatric age groups.

Yes. Members can cancel at any time with 30 days of written notice. The practice does not lock families into long-term contracts.

Dr. Levy sees most patients in their homes across Broward and Palm Beach Counties. The practice has an office address at 1200 N Federal Highway in Boca Raton, available by appointment only.
