Marquis MD offers three adult membership levels: Marquis Select, Marquis Signature, and Marquis Reserve (invitation only). Pediatric memberships are also available, with family pricing discounts starting with the second child. Contact the practice directly for current pricing details.

One annual fee covers all services included in your membership level. Every membership starts with a comprehensive annual health summit. From there, your physician and dedicated Concierge Care Coordinator manage your screenings, diagnostics, and ongoing care throughout the year. Non-membership services bill directly to your insurance.

Marquis MD does not bill insurance for membership fees. Members keep their own insurance for covered services such as labs, imaging, and specialist visits. Standard copays, deductibles, and coinsurance still apply to those insurance-billed services.

Marquis Select members receive a guaranteed consultation within 24 hours. Marquis Signature members receive a same-day consultation guarantee. Every member also receives a personal follow-up call from their physician after every visit.

Yes. Marquis Select members receive 24/7 physician access through the practice's service line. Marquis Signature members receive direct 24/7 telehealth access. House calls are available for Pediatric Signature members, up to four per year within the tri-county area.

Every Marquis MD member receives a dedicated Concierge Care Coordinator. This person manages referrals, lab follow-ups, appointment coordination, and administrative details such as camp forms and specialist communications. Members never have to track down paperwork or chase results on their own.

Marquis MD offers a broad range of diagnostic services including cardiac assessment, echocardiogram, EKG, stress testing, Coronary Calcium (CAC) scan, full-body MRI, DEXA+ scan, Galleri cancer screening, VO2 Max and lactate threshold testing, pulmonary function testing, advanced biomarker analysis, and genetic testing. Availability varies by membership level.

Yes. Marquis MD integrates full concierge pediatric care within the same practice. Dr. Douglas Barlow, a board-certified pediatrician with more than three decades of experience, leads pediatric care. The pediatric program covers well-child visits, vaccines, developmental screening, adolescent medicine, sports medicine, and a structured transition to adult care.

Each physician at Marquis MD caps their panel at approximately 400 members. That limit allows each doctor to give meaningful time to every visit and maintain a genuine ongoing relationship with each member.
