About
At Peak Performance & Prevention (P3), a three-clinician functional medicine and concierge wellness center in Puyallup, WA, the team approaches health through root cause investigation. Founder Michelle Murphy, ARNP, built the practice around a core belief: that clinicians serve as educators and teammates, not just diagnosticians. Her background in Environmental Science and Peace Corps service in Mali, West Africa, shaped a deep commitment to improving health at the population and individual level alike. That perspective now drives everything at P3.
The practice organizes its work across three domains: wellness, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine. Services range from functional lab panels and hormone replacement therapy to Emsculpt NEO, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and the Grail Galleri multi-cancer screening test. P3 structures care through two membership tiers: a $1,000 Intro Plan and a $3,000 Annual Plan that includes three extensive visits, three custom lab panels, health coaching, and in-office blood draws. The team grounds its clinical work in five pillars: nutrition, sleep, stress, detox, and movement.
