A one-time enrollment fee of $75 applies to new members, though Outlaw Medical waives it for the first 100 members. Paying annually includes one free month.

No. Outlaw Medical does not involve insurance in the membership. Members pay a flat monthly fee with no copays, deductibles, or surprise bills. Patients who carry insurance for hospitalizations or specialist care are welcome to keep it alongside their membership.

Due to current government restrictions, Medicare-eligible patients cannot join the DPC membership at this time. However, Medicare patients can join the medical weight management program. Outlaw Medical plans to accept patients over 65 once the practice reaches a qualifying patient volume.

Membership covers unlimited in-person and virtual visits with Dr. Burden-Greer, same-day or next-day appointments, and access to her by text, phone, or email. Members receive wholesale pricing on labs, medications, and imaging. Weight management is free for all DPC members. Most in-office procedures are free or member-discounted as well.
