Oceanus Health offers tiered membership pricing based on term length. A 12-month membership runs $4,000 per month ($48,000 annually). A 6-month membership is $5,000 per month ($30,000 per term). A 3-month membership is $6,000 per month ($18,000 per quarter). Additional household members may join at adjusted rates. Flexible financing through Cherry is available for cash-pay services.

Membership provides direct access to Dr. Monto, priority scheduling, same-day appointments, and personalized care coordination. Dr. Monto manages referrals to a trusted national specialist network and oversees coordination across cardiovascular, metabolic, endocrine, respiratory, and post-surgical care. Members also receive advanced lab access including in-office blood draws, on-site digital X-rays and ultrasound, and telemedicine visits.

Oceanus Health accepts insurance for orthopedic services, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna, among others. Regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, wellness, and longevity services are cash-pay. Membership fees for the concierge program are not covered by insurance.

Yes. Oceanus Health offers telemedicine appointments. Virtual visits work well for members who travel between Nantucket and the mainland or need timely access without an in-person visit. Telemedicine became available beginning November 21, 2025.

Yes. The practice offers same-day appointments for concierge members. This access applies to both orthopedic concerns and wellness consultations, depending on clinical need.

Dr. Monto performs surgical procedures at Nantucket Cottage Hospital. Oceanus Health handles pre-operative consultations, imaging, and post-surgical follow-ups directly through the clinic at 1 Cherry Street, keeping care coordinated throughout the process.

Oceanus Health primarily serves patients on Nantucket but offers telemedicine for members who travel or live off-island part of the year. A Boston office location is also coming soon, which will expand access for patients on the mainland.
