The Annual Comprehensive Physical runs 60 minutes and includes an in-depth lab panel, exercise stress test, VO2 max testing, body composition analysis, pulmonary function testing, strength and flexibility testing, resting EKG, hearing and vision testing, depression and anxiety screening, cardiovascular risk assessment, age-appropriate screening orders, lifestyle counseling, and a personalized health goals summary. Obsidian delivers this physical in partnership with CardioKinetics, a prevention medicine company with over 40 years of experience.

Yes. Dr. Maxwell offers video appointments in addition to in-person visits. Members can also reach her by phone, text, email, or through the secure Hint patient portal. The practice designs communication to be direct and accessible without scheduling barriers.

Prospective patients can join directly through the secure Hint patient portal or schedule a free 10 to 15 minute Meet and Greet first. The Meet and Greet happens by phone or video and covers how the practice works. Once enrolled, members complete all paperwork digitally through the portal before their first visit.
