Membership at Delaware Direct Endocrinology costs $125 per month. Members receive unlimited in-person and telemedicine visits, direct messaging with Dr. Memon, prescription management, prior authorizations, CGM and pump data review, medical forms, and discounted lab pricing. Membership begins after an initial consultation.

New patients start with an initial consultation. A standard 60-minute new patient visit costs $350 and works well for one or two endocrine conditions. Patients with three or more conditions, complex histories, or insulin pump management needs should book the 90-minute extended consultation at $400. After that visit, patients can enroll in monthly membership or continue with fee-for-service visits.

Delaware Direct Endocrinology does not bill insurance. The practice follows a direct care model with transparent, flat-rate pricing and no copays or surprise bills. Dr. Memon provides a superbill after visits so patients with out-of-network benefits can seek reimbursement directly from their insurer. HSA accounts may also apply.

Yes. Delaware Direct Endocrinology offers virtual visits for both new and established patients. Members receive unlimited telemedicine visits as part of their monthly plan. Virtual appointments cover the same clinical scope as in-person visits.

The practice uses the InBody 570G device to measure muscle mass, body fat, and water levels. Scans cost $40 and are open to both patients and non-patients. People with pacemakers, defibrillators, or prosthetic limbs should not use the device. Pregnant women and women currently menstruating should also avoid the scan, as hydration shifts can affect accuracy.

Yes. The practice offers fee-for-service follow-up visits at $250 each, generally up to two per year after an initial consultation. Patients who need more frequent monitoring, medication adjustments, or ongoing CGM and pump management will find the monthly membership a better fit for their needs.
