NSPIRE Primary Care

NSPIRE Primary Care offers three membership tiers. The Virtual Plan starts at $99 per month, the Concierge Plan runs $199 per month, and the Specialty Plan is $249 per month. A one-time $49 enrollment fee applies per person for monthly memberships. Annual memberships, families of four or more, college students ages 19-26, and businesses with five or more employees all qualify for a waived enrollment fee. HSA funds work for all plans.

The $49 enrollment fee covers three things: obtaining your prior medical records, a comprehensive initial physical exam, and the full onboarding process. This fee is non-refundable. Annual members, qualifying families, college students, and eligible employer groups do not pay the enrollment fee.

NSPIRE Primary Care does not bill insurance for membership fees. The practice operates on a direct-pay membership model. Members do receive discounted cash-pay rates on labs, imaging, and medications. HSA funds apply to all membership tiers, which many members use to offset the monthly cost.

Your membership covers approximately 90% of your primary care needs. Depending on your plan tier, this includes acute and urgent care, preventive visits, chronic disease management, women's and men's health, pediatric care, mental health care for anxiety and depression, cancer screenings, and office procedures. Concierge and Specialty plan members also receive an annual wellness exam, specialist referral coordination, and customized supplement protocols. Specialty medications for weight loss, hormone therapy, and peptide therapy are available when appropriate and billed separately.

Yes. NSPIRE Primary Care offers same-day appointment availability for urgent and acute care needs. Appointments run 45 minutes. Members also have direct text and email access to the care team during business hours, Monday through Friday.

Yes. The Virtual Plan provides telehealth-only care for Nevada residents. The Concierge and Specialty plans include both telehealth and in-office visits. NSPIRE plans to expand telehealth services to additional states in the future.

Enrollment happens fully online through the NSPIRE website. You complete an online enrollment form without needing a phone call to get started. After enrollment, the NSPIRE team reaches out to schedule your onboarding appointment and coordinate any initial labs. You can also call or text the team at 702-867-0017 with questions.

NSPIRE Primary Care does not currently accept Medicare or Medicare-eligible patients. Adults 65 and older can join a waitlist. The practice will reach out when it becomes able to accept patients in that age group.

Yes. NSPIRE Corporate serves Las Vegas businesses with group membership programs. Current corporate partners include companies in real estate, trade show marketing, childcare, and dining. Employers start with a discovery call with the NSPIRE leadership team. Businesses enrolling five or more employees qualify for the waived enrollment fee.

Monthly memberships require a minimum three-month commitment. Members who wish to cancel after that period must provide 30 days written notice. Annual memberships carry no enrollment fee and offer additional savings for qualifying individuals and families.
