NovoMed offers three membership tiers: Essential Care, NovoMed Premier, and Executive Care. Each tier includes a monthly fee and builds on the previous with added services. All tiers include same-day or next-day weekday appointments, extended visit times, the Signature Health Assessment, and direct physician access via phone, email, or messaging.

NovoMed accepts all major insurance types except Medi-Cal. The practice bills insurance for office visits and procedures just as a standard provider would. Your monthly membership fee is separate and your insurance does not cover it. Patients remain responsible for applicable deductibles and co-pays.

The Signature Health Assessment goes well beyond a routine physical. It includes an in-office EKG with physician interpretation, sleep health evaluation, mental and emotional wellness screening, cancer screening review, preventive cardiovascular assessment, and lifestyle and metabolic health analysis. Every member receives this assessment as part of their plan.

Executive Care includes everything in the Essential Care and NovoMed Premier tiers plus four behavioral therapy sessions annually, four in-home sick visits, three IV fluid sessions, four facial sessions, individualized fitness training, and an Elevate Mobility session each year.

Yes. NovoMed offers telehealth for illness, medication follow-ups, and chronic condition management. Non-members can access on-demand virtual care for $80 per visit, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, without a membership.

New federal rules taking effect after January 1, 2026 allow DPC and concierge membership fees to qualify as HSA-eligible expenses. Individuals may use up to $150 per month in HSA funds tax-free. Families may use up to $300 per month.

Yes. In-home sick visits are available to Executive Care members, who receive four per year. This tier provides the highest level of at-home access within the NovoMed membership structure.

NovoMed integrates IV therapy, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, individualized fitness training, facial and aesthetic services, behavioral therapy, and the Elevate Mobility and Recovery Clinic into its membership tiers. The practice partners with RevIVe, Aufblühen Skin Clinic, Vitality Training Systems, and Elevate Mobility to deliver these services.

Prospective patients can register directly on the NovoMed website by selecting the Sacramento location and a preferred physician. After creating an account, you choose your membership tier and complete enrollment. The practice maintains limited panel sizes, so availability may vary.

Yes. NovoMed hosts The Longevity Blueprint, a private event for adults 55 and older. The event focuses on long-term vitality, health clarity, and practical strategies for protecting independence as patients age.
