Niche Medical does not use a membership model. Patients pay only for the time and services they need at each visit. There is no ongoing fee, so patients can come in as often or as infrequently as their health requires.

Every first visit runs one full hour of one-on-one time with Dr. Fick. She conducts a comprehensive patient history and physical during that visit. She also takes time to discuss your health goals, concerns, and questions. All first visits take place in person at the Indianapolis office.

Dr. Fick offers telehealth for follow-up visits and select circumstances such as mobility or schedule limitations. Telehealth is available to Indiana residents only. All new patient appointments must take place in person at the practice.

Yes. Niche Medical uses Hint Clinical electronic health record to prescribe medications, order labs, request imaging, and refer patients to specialists. Some patients can have labs drawn directly in the office. Dr. Fick will also recommend vaccines based on current guidelines and direct patients on where to receive them, though vaccines are not available on-site.

A micropractice is a one-physician office with no nurses, medical assistants, or other support staff. Dr. Fick personally handles scheduling, consultations, follow-up calls, and all other aspects of the patient experience. This structure means every interaction goes directly through your physician.

The practice best serves adults who are generally healthy and want to stay that way. Dr. Fick focuses on prevention, metabolic health, and long-term wellness. Patients interested in optimizing nutrition, sleep, cardiovascular health, and longevity find the practice a strong fit.

Yes. Dr. Fick is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and manages perimenopause, menopause, prescriptive contraceptive care, and gender affirming hormone management. She does not currently offer gynecological procedures requiring a full pelvic exam, such as Pap smears or evaluation of vaginal bleeding.

New patients sign up through the Niche Medical patient portal online. After entering your demographic information, you can self-schedule a new patient appointment. The practice uses Hint Clinical, which was designed for membership models, so you will select the $0 membership option during sign-up.

Niche Medical operates inside InFitness Club at 9525 N. Meridian Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The office uses a private entrance on the northwest corner of the building. Standard hours run Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Dr. Fick considers appointment requests outside those hours to accommodate patients with non-traditional schedules.

Yes. Niche Medical features a biometric assessment tool that measures body fat and lean muscle mass. Dr. Fick uses these readings to establish a personal baseline. Patients can track changes over time to see whether their nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle efforts are producing results.
