INcircle Health charges a flat monthly fee of $125 with no copays, deductibles, or hidden costs. New adult members pay a one-time enrollment fee of $50, and families pay a maximum enrollment fee of $150. Multi-member households qualify for special pricing. Members can cancel anytime with five business days notice.

The membership covers up to 20 in-person visits per year, plus unlimited text, email, and virtual visits. Members receive same-day appointment access, one annual seca body composition scan, discounted labs and medications, and direct messaging with Dr. Venis through the Spruce Health app. Home visits within five miles of the clinic are available for a $50 flat fee.

INcircle Health does not bill insurance for membership fees or visits. The practice provides superbills that members can submit to their own insurer for potential reimbursement. Medicare and Medicaid patients are welcome for services billed outside the membership. Membership fees are FSA-eligible now and will become HSA-eligible starting January 1, 2026.

Yes. INcircle Health offers same-day appointments and telehealth visits for all members. Dr. Venis also conducts home visits within five miles of the clinic for a flat fee of $50. Members reach Dr. Venis directly through the Spruce Health secure messaging platform for quick, non-urgent questions between visits.

The practice serves patients ages 3 and up, welcoming families, young adults, self-employed individuals, and uninsured patients. Dr. Venis conducts visits in both English and Spanish. INcircle Health holds OutCare Certification and actively welcomes LGBTQ+ patients, including those seeking gender-affirming hormone therapy, PrEP, or HIV treatment.

Yes. Dr. Venis holds board certification in Obesity Medicine and integrates obesity care, including GLP-1 medications and other FDA-approved therapies, directly into primary care memberships. As an AAHIVM-credentialed HIV Specialist, he offers PrEP in daily, on-demand, and long-acting injectable forms, Doxy-PEP, and full HIV treatment management.

Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, with a typical visit lasting around 45 minutes. That length gives Dr. Venis time to address multiple concerns in a single visit without rushing. Same-day slots are available for acute needs.

Yes. Dr. Venis performs USCIS-required immigration medical examinations as a designated civil surgeon. The I-693 Immigration Medical Examination costs $375, and the N-648 Medical Disability Exception Evaluation costs $450. These services are available to both members and non-members.

Yes. INcircle Health offers group pricing for employers. Teams of 5 to 9 employees receive 10% off, teams of 10 to 14 receive 15% off, and teams of 15 or more receive 20% off. Employers can contact the practice directly to discuss setting up a group plan for their workforce.

Prospective patients can schedule a free, no-pressure Meet and Greet with Dr. Venis to ask questions and learn whether the practice fits their needs. After that conversation, enrollment is straightforward through the practice's online membership portal. There is no long-term commitment required.
