Dr. Kroll is a Menopause Society Certified Menopause Specialist. She offers hormone replacement therapy, Biote pellet therapy, and individualized hormonal management for perimenopause and menopause. GetSlimly is the practice's structured weight management program. Dr. Kroll provides individualized nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise counseling alongside FDA-approved weight loss medications such as Wegovy and Zepbound. Dr. Kroll performs a range of outpatient gynecologic surgeries. These include endometrial ablation, labiaplasty, hysteroscopy, intrauterine polyp and fibroid removal, D&C, and laparoscopy for endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and bilateral salpingectomy. She also performs in-office procedures such as Nexplanon and IUD insertion, colposcopy, and LEEP.

Dr. McConnaughey accepts both male and female patients for internal medicine and primary care. Dr. Kroll's clinical focus centers on women's health, gynecology, and menopause care. Together, the two physicians cover a broad range of primary care needs.

The practice offers on-site lab draws through Primex, ultrasound, InBody composition analysis, and IV hydration therapy. Dr. Kroll also provides MonaLisa Touch vaginal CO2 laser treatments in the office. SkinWise Aesthetics, in partnership with Dr. Kroll, delivers cosmetic dermatology services at the same location.
