The fee does not apply to office visit costs or co-pays.

Insurance does not cover the annual enrollment fee, and the fee cannot count toward your deductible. Some patients with Flex medical spending accounts may receive reimbursement through their employer. Regular office visits and co-pays remain separate from the enrollment fee and follow standard billing.
