Nest Pediatrics

Nest Pediatrics charges monthly membership fees per child. Infants ages 0 to 23 months cost $150 per month. Children ages 2 to 5 cost $125 per month. Children 6 and older cost $100 per month. The family maximum is $350 per month. Members with ADHD on active medication management pay $125 per month.

The monthly membership covers all office and virtual visits, direct communication with Dr. Robins by text, phone, or video, well-child exams, sick visits, minor injury care, strep and flu and RSV testing, developmental screening, sports physicals, mental health screening and treatment, ADHD diagnosis and treatment, and all paperwork. Families pay no co-pays and receive no surprise bills.

Nest Pediatrics does not bill insurance for office visits. Families pay a monthly membership fee instead. Families can still use their insurance for vaccines, medications, lab work, imaging, and specialist visits.

Yes. A federal law taking effect January 1, 2026 allows HSA funds toward DPC memberships. Families can apply up to $150 per month per individual or up to $300 per month per family. We recommend consulting a tax advisor to confirm how this applies to your specific plan.

Members contact Dr. Robins directly by text, phone, or video. There is no call center or hold queue. He responds within a reasonable time, and the practice offers same-day or next-day appointments for sick visits.

Yes. Dr. Robins offers virtual visits by video for members. Many common concerns do not require an in-person visit, and direct video access makes it easy to get guidance quickly from home.

Yes. Nest Pediatrics offers optional home visits during a baby's first month of life. This lets new parents stay home with their newborn while still receiving attentive pediatric care from Dr. Robins.

Nest Pediatrics serves children from birth through college age. Dr. Robins enjoys caring for patients at every stage, from newborns to adolescents and young adults preparing for independence.

Nest Pediatrics does not require vaccines for membership but highly encourages them. Dr. Robins is strongly pro-vaccine and welcomes open conversations with families who have questions or hesitations. He provides evidence-based guidance and respects each family's decision.
