NEST Optimization runs $249 per month and adds quarterly physician visits, metabolic and hormone labs, and quarterly InBody scans. NEST Elite Longevity is $499 per month and includes unlimited physician visits, concierge care coordination, and quarterly IV therapy. Labs, imaging, supplements, and medications are billed separately.

Yes. Non-members can start with Foundational Health Mapping, a one-time $497 program that serves as the clinical starting point. It includes a tailored diagnostic lab panel, a wellness consultation with an integrative health coach, a root cause report, and a personalized wellness blueprint.

Nest Medical Center operates on a membership model. The practice accepts HSA and FSA payments for qualifying services. Membership fees cover access, visits, and care coordination; labs, imaging, supplements, and medications are billed separately when applicable.
