In-house testing includes blood and urine draws, ECGs, point-of-care rapid tests for flu, COVID-19, and strep, plus depression, cognitive, and vision screenings. The Northwestern Medicine lab bills in-house lab draws directly to your insurance.

Yes. Dr. Zallik recommends that members maintain health insurance for services outside the practice. This includes specialist visits, hospital stays, imaging, laboratory work done off-site, physical therapy, and emergency care. The annual membership fee covers the time and services within the practice only.

Yes. Dr. Zallik conducts televideo visits through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Virtual visits are available at the member's convenience when they are clinically appropriate.
