Nativity Pediatrics

Monthly fees at Nativity Pediatrics vary by age. Children under 2 years old pay $120 per month. Children ages 2 to 5 pay $95 per month. Children ages 6 to 17 pay $75 per month. Members 18 and older pay $60 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $50 per individual applies, with a family maximum of $150.

Members receive unlimited house calls, unlimited telehealth visits, same and next-day sick visits Monday through Friday, wellness check-ups, developmental screenings, direct messaging with Dr. Paré, holistic and integrative health guidance, and coordination of care with specialists. School, sports, and camp physicals are also included.

The Fourth Trimester Package covers all regular newborn visits through the third month of life. Dr. Paré conducts all visits exclusively in the home. The package also includes vaccinations if desired and unlimited text, phone, and sick visits. Pricing is $700 for Broward County and $800 for Miami and Palm Beach. This package is separate from a membership and ends after three months.

Yes. Nativity Pediatrics does not bill insurance for membership services. The practice encourages families to maintain insurance or a health-sharing plan for emergencies, hospital stays, and specialist care. The membership works alongside your existing coverage.

Many families use HSA or FSA funds for DPC membership fees, but coverage depends on your specific plan. The practice recommends checking with your employer or accountant to confirm eligibility before enrolling.

Yes. Dr. Paré offers telehealth visits for members and non-members. Florida-based patients outside the practice's in-person treatment area can also connect virtually. Telehealth works well for quick follow-ups and routine concerns that do not require an in-person exam.

Expectant parents can schedule a complimentary Meet and Greet to explore whether the practice fits their family. Other families can book a Discovery Visit to discuss their child's needs. Enrollment happens after that initial conversation if both parties decide to move forward.
