Yes, Aspire Health offers several discount options. Members who pay annually receive a 5% discount. College students with a valid student ID get $10 off their monthly fee. Families of three or more save 5% off their total membership cost. Small businesses enrolling at least three adult employees pay a flat rate of $80 per month per employee. An ACH discount may also apply when members pay by bank draft.

Membership covers all primary care services, including annual wellness exams, well-child exams, sports and school physicals, pap smears, chronic disease management, acute and urgent care visits, and basic in-office procedures. Members also receive unlimited office visits with no copays, direct physician access by phone, text, email, or video, same-day or next-day appointments, and extended visits of at least 30 minutes. The practice also provides discounted rates on labs, imaging, and medications, plus free online specialist e-consults through RubiconMD.

Aspire Health does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for membership fees or primary care services. Membership fees go directly from patient to physician with no insurance involvement. The practice recommends that members carry at least a high-deductible health plan or healthcare-sharing plan to cover emergencies, hospitalizations, or services outside the scope of primary care.

Starting in 2026, Aspire Health will welcome Medicare patients. The practice will not bill Medicare for office or telemedicine services. Patients will sign an acknowledgment confirming that services fall outside the Medicare billing system. This arrangement allows Medicare-eligible patients to access the full benefits of DPC membership.

Aspire Health physicians are on call after hours and on weekends for urgent matters. Members receive a personal member-only phone number for those situations. During office hours, members can reach the practice by phone, text, email, or video conference. Texting is available during office hours only.

New patient visits run one hour for traditional medicine and two hours for functional medicine. All appointments last a minimum of 30 minutes. After every visit, the physician emails a personalized recap that includes an assessment and treatment plan. Follow-up appointments can take place in-office or virtually.
