My Doctor Cares

My Doctor Cares charges $109 per month for most adults. Full-time college students age 18 and older pay $65 per month. Members ages 12 to 17 pay $35 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 applies per person. Families who join at the same time and attend their first appointment together share one $100 enrollment fee.

Membership gives you direct access to Dr. Lin, including the ability to text or call him between visits. First appointments run 60 minutes. Follow-up visits run at least 30 minutes. The membership also covers medication review, lab result review, specialist referrals, advance care planning, supplement consultation, and help with disability and medical paperwork.

The membership fee goes directly to the practice, separate from insurance. Labs, imaging, medications, supplements, specialist visits, and hospital or emergency care cost extra. My Doctor Cares does offer discounted Quest and Labcorp lab pricing with no added profit margin, and supplement access through Fullscript at cost.

Yes. Dr. Lin offers phone and video visits when appropriate. He has also visited patients at home. Members arrange visit formats based on their needs and care situation.

Yes. Dr. Lin is open to discussing an additional care role alongside your existing primary care physician. He can help you navigate specialist reports, review medications, and work through questions your current care team may not have time to address. You and Dr. Lin agree on roles before membership begins.

Yes. Dr. Lin speaks English and Mandarin. Patients who prefer to discuss their health in Traditional Chinese are welcome to do so. My Doctor Cares also publishes bilingual health notes in both languages.

The office sits at 660 N Diamond Bar Blvd, Suite 100, Diamond Bar, CA 91765. Dr. Lin sees patients from Diamond Bar and surrounding communities including Irvine, West Covina, Rowland Heights, and other parts of the San Gabriel Valley and Orange County.

My Doctor Cares offers members discounted pricing through Quest and Labcorp. Dr. Lin adds no profit margin to lab orders. Supplement access through Fullscript also carries no markup. These options help members manage out-of-pocket costs for routine testing and supplements.
