Consultations run 50 to 80 minutes. Dr. Milne reviews your imaging, medical history, and any prior opinions during the visit. He then delivers a plain-language written summary of your diagnosis, options, and his recommendation. Visits take place in-person in Montecito, via secure video, or in your home.

MCO operates on a direct-pay basis and does not require insurance. Pricing varies depending on the type and scope of services. Custom packages are available based on individual needs. The practice also offers Premium Annual and Quarterly Membership packages with pricing available by phone.

The practice caps its panel at 40 individuals and families. Once that limit is reached, MCO accepts new patients by waitlist. That limit allows Dr. Milne to give each patient the time and direct access the practice is built around.
