The VIP Package includes 24/7 phone, text, and email access to Dr. Viglione, a dedicated VIP concierge coordinator, five yearly MD home visits, home blood draws, same-day office or home visits, concierge and hospital care seven days a week, and a comprehensive yearly executive physical with testing. All procedures and consultative services by the MD and NP are included, along with unlimited office visits.

The practice does not accept insurance for membership fees. However, it submits superbills on behalf of commercially insured patients so they can seek reimbursement directly from their insurance carriers. Patients can still use their insurance for prescriptions, referrals, imaging, hospitalizations, ER visits, and medical equipment. Medicare patients must sign a private contract, and the practice cannot submit superbills on their behalf.

Fee-for-service home visits start at $800. Dr. Viglione brings fully mobile equipment including point-of-care testing, blood draw supplies, an EKG machine, bedside ultrasound, IV fluids, antibiotics, nausea relief, pain management capability, joint injections, and wound care and suturing.

Montecito Concierge Medicine caps its panel at roughly one-quarter the size of the average concierge practice. That intentional limit keeps care thorough and allows Dr. Viglione to give each patient meaningful time and direct attention.

The practice uses a comprehensive suite of diagnostic technologies including CAC scans, CT angiography with Cleerly AI analysis, InBody body composition devices, continuous glucose monitors, DEXA scanning, 3x4 Genetics, and New Amsterdam Genomics. These tools support personalized risk assessment for cardiovascular health, cancer screening, and metabolic optimization.

Yes. Dr. Viglione offers HIPAA-compliant virtual visits for patients with multiple residences or those who prefer remote consultations. Virtual care keeps the patient-physician relationship active regardless of location.

Montecito Concierge Medicine offers medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV vitamin infusions, hair rejuvenation using the TED device, PHYSIQ body contouring with EMS and laser diodes, bone score testing, allergy testing, and body composition analysis. These services integrate into a broader longevity and healthspan focus.

Yes. The practice offers the Galleri Multi-Cancer Early Detection Test through a partnership with GRAIL. It also partners with Prenuvo in Los Angeles and Pueblo Radiology for full body MRI. Dr. Viglione uses these tools as part of a proactive cancer screening strategy.
