Members pay an annual fee that covers all included services at no additional charge. The fee includes up to 10 office visits per year, a comprehensive annual physical, an annual lab panel, EKGs, flu shots, and a range of in-office procedures. Both physicians hold staff privileges at Frederick Health Hospital. They coordinate patient care during hospitalizations at no additional cost to members. This continuity means your own physician stays involved in your care even when you require inpatient treatment.

The practice performs on-site blood draws, EKGs, nebulizer treatments, urinalysis, simple dermatologic procedures, ear lavage, stool occult blood testing, vision screening, and joint injections. Annual flu shots are also included in the membership. Having these services available in the office reduces the need for outside visits.
