Medical Dojo charges $55 per month for members under age 25 and $75 per month for members age 26 and older. A one-time enrollment fee of $75 applies when joining. Families pay no more than $250 per month total, regardless of household size.

Members receive unlimited access to Dr. Ellington via phone, text, email, video chat, or in-person visit. The membership covers same-day or next-day appointments, annual physicals with labs, acute and chronic care, women's health, pediatric and adolescent care, in-house diagnostics, and behavioral health services. Members also receive discounted pricing on aesthetic services, hormone therapy, IV therapy, and weight loss programs.

Medical Dojo does not accept insurance for membership fees or covered services. The practice operates on a flat monthly membership model with no third-party billing. Medical Dojo recommends members carry a high-deductible major medical plan with an HSA for specialist referrals or hospitalizations. The practice partners with insurance broker Deeter Prater to help members find custom plans.
