MDHampton does not accept insurance for visits or services. Patients pay at the time of service. As a courtesy, Dr. Keeshan will process your insurance for lab work. The practice accepts credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and ApplePay.

Telemedicine visits run $299 for a 30-minute appointment. Home visits are $599 for one hour. Rapid COVID-19 testing costs $99, and rapid strep or flu tests are $149 each. In-home lab draws and in-home EKGs are each $299. In-home X-rays go through a partner imaging provider and are billed separately.

MDHampton schedules all appointments by request. com. The practice prefers call or text for the fastest response.

Dr. Keeshan serves patients in Montauk, Amagansett, and East Hampton, NY. He conducts house calls throughout this area and also sees patients remotely via telemedicine.

Telemedicine works well for wellness follow-ups, minor urgent care issues like colds, flu, allergies, UTIs, and stomach bugs, and non-urgent concerns such as skin care or sunburn. Dr. Keeshan also uses telemedicine for ongoing chronic condition management, including weight management, when an in-person exam is not needed.

House calls cover comprehensive physical exams, preventive screenings, lab draws, EKGs with interpretation, and diagnostic testing including rapid COVID-19, strep, and flu tests. Dr. Keeshan also performs laceration and wound repair, injectable therapies for muscle and joint conditions, B-12 injections, IV hydration therapy, and tick bite removal and treatment during home visits.

Yes. Dr. Keeshan performs in-home blood draws and processes lab specimens directly. Patients who prefer a lab facility can schedule their draw at locations in Amagansett or East Hampton. For X-rays, MDHampton works with partner imaging specialists who handle in-home X-ray services.

Yes. Dr. Keeshan shares test results and records with your primary or specialty care providers upon request. This keeps your broader care team informed without extra effort on your part.

Yes. Dr. Keeshan manages a wide range of chronic conditions, including weight management, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. He handles ongoing care through both in-person house calls and telemedicine, depending on what each patient needs.
